Cancellation Policy
Our purpose is to create a positive community for the children and parents, where regular interactions will build strong connections. While we understand some situations are unavoidable, our sessions are continuous and build upon one another. In efforts to provide you and your children with optimal outcomes, we do not accept cancelations. In the event of a serious and unavoidable circumstance, we will consider the possibility of cancellation on a case-by-case basis. In the event that a cancellation is mutually agreed upon, a 50% fee for the session will be charged.
